We chose North Shore Compassionate Care. The experience was wonderful. They were one of the first to reach out. They were very helpful. They came out to the house for an assessment and they gave us all the information that we needed, the pricing, and setting us up with somebody suitable for the hours that we needed. They were very quick with getting my parents set up with what we needed. The one male that we got was very helpful to my father and useful to my mom. They help and do the daily care routine with my dad like washing, cleaning, and movement. They do some light exercises with him. They do some light duties around the house to help my mom out when they finish early.

My parents are using North Shore Compassionate Care. The caregivers are very good, attentive, caring, and conscientious. We chose them because of their flexibility with hours, because it's a smaller company, and their accessibility of reaching people. They pay their workers a little more.

My husband has been using North Shore Compassionate Care for about a month or so. They give him breakfast and baths, get him dressed, and are there as a companion. He likes them. They have excellent scheduling. Billing is once a week. Anything I've asked has happened. I'm very pleased.
