The caregivers from A Caring Touch enabled me to keep my parents in their own home, which was their wish. The caregivers were kind, courteous, and very patient.

Quality care is good however what would be helpful would be to instruct caregivers how to give a good sponge bathing, arrive on time, not to bring relatives to work with them and not to exploit clients for money. Training on Hoyer lift would be helpful.
