When they send me somebody, they send me somebody that is good. They are reliable, and whenever I call them, I can depend on them.

I like that they pay attention to detail. They come out and get things done. They are also very easy to talk to. I like the way they communicate with you. The fact that they make it personal and always reach somebody is very important to me.

I think their workers could apply themselves more to make life easier. The job description gives them what they are supposed to do, but they don't apply themselves like asking if the laundry is done. I like that the workers are punctual.

The provider has helped me the most will all my needs. Anything from my needs and to driving. They drive for me and help me when I get to my appointments. I like this agency because they are flexible and helpful. If I have to change hours dure to a doctor's appointment or because I'm not feeling well, they manage it for me.

Right at home met all my dads needs. He wanted a male caregiver that was able to take him to doctor appointment and shopping. Our caregiver when above and beyond. Dad was very happy with his caregiver. I would definitely recommend Right at Home for your love ones.

She has a hard time getting things done. They could have done more for her. Needed someone to speak English and that wasn't always the case.

They sent Sarah., and she has been just amazing. She doesn't have to ask me anything and gets right to it. I like the aide that they have sent me, and everything is good.

It really helps me and my brother because it frees us up, and we can do things we need to get done. It works out great for us. Coreene and Donna were awesome and explained everything and seemed to have things together.

We have heard of Right at Home through Humana, we called and received a response immediately. An in person interview has been set and we met Karine and Trish. We discussed my mother's needs, medical history. We came up with an plan that fit my Mom's schedule. We were apprehensive at first but hopeful it would work out. It's still in progress but we are grateful to Karine and Trish for getting us through this process.

This agency provides excellent home health care. Some of the services they provide are bathing, doing the patient laundry, preparing their meals, and taking the outside for walks. My father is a patient and the nurse is very accommodating. My father thoroughly enjoys her company.

Health care needs are always a concern and many times a challenge. Our loved ones are often apprehensive about having someone come in to their home and having an invasive feeling with care. Karine, Terri and Trish have been wonderful throughout this entire process, not only with their kindness, but also with their knowledge in care, procedures and the always complicated paperwork. Any time we have picked up the phone to call them they have either answered immediately or called back within minutes. They have been on time and have provided all that was promised, including compassion and respect.

We had the wonderful experience of spending time with a number of employees from Right at Home when my husband returned home for hospice. Each one was professional, skilled and compassionate. Watching Bobbette give a sponge bath was to watch a masterful performance. Listening to Juliet's words at night was calming to him and to me. Ann Marie shared compassion with her very presence. Jackie cared for my husband and for me equally. Andrea brought laughter and normalcy to the last days. Tamara is a scheduling master. Yay Right at Home!
