I have no problem with the services like PT or the nurses who came to my home. My problem is with a nurse who I called for help with my catheter at 11 o’clock at night. My catheter had plugged up, and I requested a nurse to come out to replace it. They refused, because, “it was at night, and they don’t send the nurses out at night“. Even though their booklet said that they are supposed to provide 24/7/365. Service, they didn’t. Because I was in agony and they wouldn’t send out a nurse. I had to change my catheter myself. The next day when I told him I did that they blamed me for noncompliance with my catheter. And then they discharged me. This company failed to provide help when I needed it. I feel bad for the good people they have providing other services but I cannot recommend this company at all.

These fine therapists provided post surgical ambulatory care. They called the night before arrival and arrived promptly. They are courteous, kind, caring and extremely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend and /or utilize their services again.

I've been a client of Baycare Homecare for over 10 years now and today I said close my account. I'm done dealing with a company that dose not provide patient quality of care and is only concerned with appeasing their insurance providers as that is where they make money. I have a lifetime prescription for CPAP supplies and they held up my order for weeks stating they need my doctor to send them my patient notes to fulfill the order. A patient should not have to request a doctor to send notes. After my request my doctor sent my file notes. My last visit was a year and half ago since my condition is currently controlled. Because I have not had a visit with my sleep apnea doctor within the last year (even though I have a scheduled appointment for Jan. and we are in Dec.) they can not put the order through per their insurance policy. They are more concerned about appeasing medical insurance providers than providing patient quality of care. What a shame they are not a company providing helpful support services anymore.

Difficult to get supplies when needed. Placed an online order through the website on 10/20/22. Received a confirmation. Waited a week. No supplies. Called the local Bay Care CPAP phone line. Was told there was no record of an order. Placed new order with operator. Waited one week. No supplies. Called again. Was told the supplies were not available in the warehouse. As I was leaving town, I asked if I could come pick up supplies in person. Was told I would get a call back. No call. Called again and asked to speak to a supervisor. Was told only supplies available in local warehouse are kits for new CPAP users, Regular supply warehouse is in Nashville. I told the supervisor I was leaving town and desperately needed the supplies. She offered to overnight them to me at my destination, Supplies should have arrived on 11/19/22. The order finally arrived on 11/25/22. This is the third major issue I have had with BayCare, including receiving supplies I did not order, not receiving supplies I actually ordered, being charged for the wrong supplies, and receiving an incorrect order placed by my doctor. Bay Care's service is unreliable and requires constant phone calls back and forth to secure supplies that are recommended by the CPAP mfg., my doctor, and Medicare. I will be looking for a supplier other than Bay Care in the future and will be reporting this to my insurance carrier.

This is the absolute worst medical supplies provider that I have ever dealt with. My supplies always arrive late and I can never tell if they’re going to be shipped or not because they don’t acknowledge the orders. I can order some thing and three weeks later when I ask for a follow up they tell me that they never got the order or that it was messed up and delayed because of a change in the way that they are take their orders or some other story. In almost 3 years of dealing with them my CPAP supplies have shown up on time about 30% of the time but they always have an excuse as to why they didn’t go out on time.

I rely on BayCare to send me the supplies I need for CPAP therapy every month. They have never, ever let me down. If I have a question or need help, they respond immediately. BayCare Home Care is a key component of my successful therapy.

I have always had excellent service with Bay Care Home Care when ordering my CPAC supplies. They are quick to respond to my email request in a timely fashion. My supplies always arrive in the estimated time frame they give. I was happy to hear they do provide a monthly call to remind you it time to request supplies. They quickly signed me up per my request. Thanks Bay Care Home Care

I have health issues and require a mobility scooter, the entire team that worked to get me through the medical paperwork, the physical therapy assessment, to the ordering and delivery of the scooter did an amazing job, I am so grateful to all of them, they are all exemplary employees and have treated me with extremely compassionate and professional care!!!! Excellent communication Delivery and demonstration of the equipment, just a great group of people!

The nurses that have come out to visit me have been absolutely outstanding. I must tell you that Mildrey & Debbie have been extremely knowledgable and invested in my care. Totally committed to seeing me get well despite my age and disabilities. I feel loved and cared about by everyone on your team. This includes Michelle in (infusion therapy -pharmacy). Marcus, my physical therapist. The on call after hours nurses namely, Silvia who has been extraordinarily kind and patient with my wife. Walking her through everything by way of explicit instructions ,explanations and encouragement. We cannot say enough good things. We cannot explain the great gratitude we feel for everyone on "my-our" care team .

I have a CPAP machine, my supplies always arrive on time. Customer service department is always friendly and courteous. Caregivers are super friendly, helpful and efficient. Whenever I have called with concerns I am taken care of right away. I have been a Bay Care customer for the past 15 years. I will not use anyone else.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Gentleman bringing medical apparatus wore mask at all times. I felt very comfortable having him in my home especially during these times with covid. He answered all questions thoroughly. In home service was excellent arriving on time with a prior telephone call to ensure it met with our schedule. He had to order additional supply, and it was received in 2 days. Baycare has always provided exceptionally excellent service to me for well over a decade!

Scheduling was sometimes difficult but Nurse Karen and Nurse Dave were both perfect 10’s in my book. There was some confusion about Telehealth, but that got straightened out right away.

Home care for antibiotic PICC line & blood work. Also physical therapy. Always called & arrived on time. Very friendly & courteous. Would use again if necessary. Called to have PiCC line removed on Friday but did get it taken out on Monday morning so we could leave for home In PA. .

Dr. Lozano and his staff consistently go above and beyond for myself and my family. It’s like having a son as our family doctor, and the rest of my family as the medical assistants and office staff. Always professional, efficient and super friendly service.

Nurse and Physical Therapy after hip surgery . I felt very confident in their knowledge and professionalism. Each therapist fit perfectly with my expectations and time line for improvement . Appointments were well planned and staff showed up on time. This was a unique situation due to spreading coronavirus . Each staff person paid careful attention to washing hands or using hand sanitizer frequently . I really enjoyed the PT staff and wanted my doctor to extend home services, but it was decided I needed to work on my own at home

BayCare HomeCare in Largo,Fl. has a huge mission of products and services for patients. A lot of the caregivers rarely get much credit compared to managers. I had an equipment problem which the caregiver technician easily fixed with a part replacement.It took a while to get to that point as the communications in the dept. I dealt with was not good. But I am mindful that it is a work in progress. And they all need to do better especially managers. I am grateful for Khendra's part replacement.

BayCare could not have been more efficient in providing caregivers to me in the days immediately following my discharge after serious surgery. They called daily to tell me when to expect the caregivers' arrivals, each caregiver was competent, caring and unrushed, and I was very pleased with the care. They also were well equipped with materials. Quite impressed. Thank you.

I had the most professional help anyone could possibly have! Christy, the nurse was always kind & understanding of my illness. She always had suggestions of something which did improve my symptoms & helped improve my life. I only wish I could have her help for the rest of mylife!!! The care was checking on how I was responding to medicines , if I needed a change or if I needed new medicines. Christy would consult with my doctors to have this prescribed. Christy was always very responsive to my needs. Helped with doctors appointments & with scheduling transportation for their visits, as well as offering encouraging , positive thoughts!!! Lorena, Respiratory Therapist, came out to educate me and set up my first BiPAP device. Unfortunately, I wasn't immediately ready when she arrived promptly at the scheduled time so she had to wait a few minutes. My daughter reported that they had a nice conversation while killing the few minutes. Lorena was very thorough in her explanation of the device, its use and its care. Thak you, Lorena!

When I left the hospital, BayCare was fabulous with follow up and nursing care and getting me equipment. My only problem is that it ended without my knowledge and I remained very ill for quite a long time after.

I was a client after a knee replacement. The nurse tech was excellent but Amber the rehab nurse went way beyond excellent. She was caring and taught me so much about recovering from the surgery. I believe BayCare offers the very best in all medical areas, overreaching excellence in every aspect. I’ve been challenged with chronic illness for decades and unfortunately connected with numerous agencies, doctors and hospitals in NY and Florida. It is no wonder I gave up telling my doctors of any complaints because I’d just be forwarded to a new doctor. That was until I discovered BayCare. For a few years now I experience total confidence in my medical care. My Primary does refer me to doctors I need but happy to say they are all BayCare. BayCare HomeCare provides extremely professional services. Amy came to my home after a call introducing herself and a time she’d arrive. She entered my home with a smile and the equipment for an oxygen test. She provided me with explicit directions and a number for 24/7 hour helpline. I saw my Pulmonologist yesterday for test results and received a call while there that BayCare Home are received an order from my doctor and were ready to deliver and set up my oxygen and machine. I have complete confidence my journey is in good hands.

I am a new client, BayCare was recommended by my doctor. I had a previous experience with another provider in Venice and did not receive the proper instruction and had a poor experience. Bay Care provided a thorough explanation of the equipment and tips on it's use. I highly recommend their service.

The lady you send gives Joyce a bath and some house work. When ever she completes all we ask of her she then starts work on jobs we never asked her to do. She does more then what is expected of her, and has a great personality. We thank you for such an excellent provider. We really like her.

I found that they were worth their weight in gold as far as help and answering questions that I needed during recovery. They went out of their way to see that I had everything I needed even if it was not in the scope of responsibility. They for the most part arrived on time and kept me up dated as needed. Bay Care, after discharge for heart failure, supported me with in home nursing, physical therapies and occupational therapies. I'm not real sure that I would be here writing this if it was not for their support,
