When we suddenly needed care for my father we had no idea what we were facing. At first we were lost because we did not know what to look for, then found there were so many different choices. We called about 5 or 6 agencies and decided on Griswold because of the way they spoke during the search (and their name was dropped by a social worker). We set up a meeting with their manager right away at our convenience and she explained everything in detail. Both caregivers they sent were kind, dedicated, on time and took great care of dad. The best part was they were far less expensive than the others. If needed, we would call them back in a heartbeat.

We employed this agency for over 6 months for our loved one and found that most of the caregivers that were sent did not speak good english, we're unsure of their duties and we're unreliable or unprepared to do daily tasks . On many occasions they were late, or cancelled at the last minute. Payment to the agency was a bit confusing as you received a bill from the agency every 2 weeks and a bill from the caregiver separately every week. This agency promises the world but fell short of my expectations and needs
