Better At Home Health Services, LLC is excellent. I can't say enough about them, they have been incredible, they're super attentive, and everything has gone so incredibly smoothly with my mom's care. We have 24-hour care, there are several aides, but all the aides are incredible, and we've been so happy with them. It's expensive, but it's worth it. It's my mom. I would 100% recommend them. They treat my mom with incredible respect, and they're great with my father who's also living here in the home.

Better at Home Health Services provided a caregiver that both my wife and I liked who seems to be dedicated to her job. It’s been two days. The person who we talked to matched us very well.

AM and PM cares. Light housekeeping duties, cooking and kitchen clean up. Duties assisting my wife (daily and split shifts). Caregivers take good of me, serve me well, and for the most part, assist my wife well in the kitchen. Carolyn, the owner, has done well by us.

3 x a week, 4 hours per visit. ADL's light housekeeping, medication reminders, pet care, and errands. Pleased with services provided. No improvements needed. Always on time. Very caring and do what I ask.

Previously had care up to 6 days a week in our home, but moved to assisted living facility because wife fell again. We love Better At Home Health Services. They did a great job. No complaints.

Seven days per week, 8 to 12 hours per day. ADLs, AM cares, full lift and assistance from assisted living facility staff. I am so glad I made the switch to your agency! I can go to work and not worry about my mother. Marie is the best and Tia is great and handles the staff well.

Dear Carolyn, we can't thank you enough for all that you did for our parents. You not only do your job very well but you put your heart and soul into it. You are one great guardian angel! Sincerely, Bob & Cindy Two 4-hour shifts daily. Bed making, meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping, errands, doctor's appointments "dependable, caring, hardworking".

24/7 care provided by two caregivers. Very good care from both caregivers. Caregivers will do anything I ask them to do.

Family member states care is great and they have no complaints. No improvements are needed at this time. 7 days a week, 8 hours a day care, socialization, meal preparation.

Medication set-ups by RN once a week to twice a month. We like her very much. She does a great job and does what she is supposed to do. We're thinking about more care, but haven't decided as of yet.

My caregiver is excellent and I have no complaints. She is very caring and helps me: companion care, errands, grocery shopping, doctor's appointments, general shopping.

Better at Home has consistently gone above and beyond in taking care of my parents who are snowbirds visiting Florida each winter. The owner has stayed in constant communication with us and worked with us on overcoming many obstacles with my parents being so far away. I will be forever grateful for Carolyn and her team!
