A few years ago, when my mom was in a rehabilitation center, they recommended Companions Plus. We used the agency for about 3 years. They were very accommodating and consistent with the aides they sent as much as possible. If an aide did not make it, they sent some one else. There was always some one who listened on the telephone. And if the client was not happy with the aide, they replaced them until the client was comfortable.
