We hire Amada Senior Care Boca Raton for my mother. It is all very efficient and excellent service. They work electronically signing things. The rates are a little bit higher than some of the others, but after talking to them, it is compatible. It has only been a couple of weeks but so far, so good. They come in six hours a day, six days a week. They help my mother with daily living activities like going to the toilet, transitioning her to the wheelchair, taking her to events and functions, taking her to breakfast, lunch and dinner, getting her undressed/dressed and getting her ready for bed. We told them the hours we needed and they got a person for that. Given the consideration that it has just started, but up to this point, they met all my expectations.

I have given several referrals to Amada Boca Raton and Michele and her team are always responsive and professional. Michele, the owner meets all clients herself and hand picks caregivers to make sure its a good fit. This agency has all licensed and bonded caregivers, not contractors, and they always go above and beyond from a customer service standpoint. They are very helpful, regardless of your needs and can even do a free long term care insurance review to help you understand your benefits and how to use them when you need care.
