She makes my life easier. If I call over there, they want to know how I'm doing. I am so thrilled with the experience I am having.

We can't be there, but we need someone to be there. They do very good personal care for the most part. We have finally established good communication, but I sometimes feel that some of the individuals are not as well-trained or motivated. They are not supervised at all at my mother's house. There is evidence to suggest that everything they say they do is not done. I have gone over this with some workers from the agency.

I have not had help in a long time, so the service has been a relief. It has helped the most by giving me time to rest and time to myself. The agency seems to care. The other agencies just send in people and are not really aware of what families are going through. They seem responsive.

They send me a monthly schedule. They are good at filling the schedule in advance. I like that they seem to match the skills of the caregiver with the clients.

It makes it much easier for us because we don't drive anymore. They've helped the most with driving. We love our caregivers that they provide.

I think it really at the time it was very limited as the patient was bed bound. I really did not use them long enough to recommend them.

I like that the services let him have a better quality of life but right now they went through a change in staff and getting continuing care would be great and I know they are working on it. I like that the relationships they have with him, the ones that have remained have been real loyal.

The transition as Honor went to Arosa was rough. They could give less confusion, and they could make it easier for us. They could improve their ease of use. If there was an app it would help me a lot.

The people showed up when they said they were going to, but they didn't return phone calls. They weren't clear on the payment and contract information. The services all would depend on the person requiring the care.

LivHOME has done pretty well so far, and it's very good. My mom is doing OK and seems to be doing pretty well with it. They help her get dressed, go to the bathroom, change her pants when she has accidents, do housework for us, help cook breakfast, make decaf coffee for her all day, and take her for walks and rides. The girl we have now is doing a very good job, and everything's been OK with LivHome so far.
