I had a horrible experience with a nurse from the seaport scripps home health agency. The nurse provided a service that she had done in a previous month. This left my in the hospital for 10days. It took seven months and multiple hospital stays and visits to resolve. No communication received by agency or nurse after hospital admission.

I have been so well taken care of by the team here that I will recommend them to everyone. They are competent, professional and provide good care. Each person has been excellent. Alan was the first to come through my door and show me how to do all of the basics. He provided a thorough overview of how to navigate my recovery situation. Vangie was my nurse and she is a caring, kind, experienced professional. I will miss her. And my PT, Sharon, has been invaluable in showing me the correct way to move, exercises to do to strengthen my leg/hip muscles, and provide feedback on the ways I need to correct my movements. Honestly, this was my first surgery and I felt pretty lost when I first arrived home from the hospital. But when members of this team started arriving, I quickly felt that I was in good hands and would do well. I truly have. Thanks to all for the terrific care.

Scripps Home Health Care is wonderful. My husband used it for a month while Medicare covered it. We had the physical therapist come 8 times then my husband had an occupational therapist come a couple of times and then he had a home health aide come about 4 or 5 times. The physical therapist was wonderful; we loved her. No complaints.

We're very happy with Scripps and with their physical therapy. We had dealt with them before; we had had physical therapy for my husband from them a few years ago, and we were very happy with it at that time. They are very good. They get started right away. She has only been here two times, and she's going to come two times a week for four weeks.
