The "caregiver" failed to performed the minimum care duties hire to do, so I release the caregiver from their work and after that frightening experience, I only sought personal referrals with friends rather than to depend on a company's experience. My advice is; do your diligence and seek a Min. of 25 to 30 years experienced caregivers who are certified and have the knowledge and experience to know how to take the lead in senior care the caregiver you hire should have the ability to connect with your love one immediately. always Interview the caregiver directly yourself prior to hire if your going through a company and the company does not allow it then don't hire them.
