WORST WORST WORST company ever. Patients beware. My dad had to have a pump on for 9 days. It was very intricate and the first day they were hours late to help set it up. When the alarm went off at 3am couldn't get ahold on anyone to help turn it off. No return call the nect day either. The final day they were supposed to come out and remove the pump. No one ever called or returned our calls so we had to go into his oncologist to have it done. FInally, they come sauntering up to the door...THE NEXT DAY....and we told them it was done...you were a day late and if someone would call us back they would know this. We have had FOOD SERVICE better than their health care service and this is a very sick cancer patient. I would not refer them to my worst enemy.
