When the caregivers are here, they have a good impact on my mom's live. When they are not here, or when the caregivers are not good, it causes confusion and panic for my mom. She has PTSD from a past event and having so many different caregivers panics her. This morning, I noticed that she kept backing up and looking at the caregiver and kept yelling, who are you?! I wouldn't recommend Right at Home. My mom gets way too many caregivers, and several times they have not shown up to their shifts. Once we were told a caregiver was waiting for an hour, but we never saw them, and the company told us that we had cancelled the shift, which we did not.
