We are using API. They have been very helpful to me and are on time, very caring, and seem to be knowledgeable. The young lady that I have coming here is experienced and quite knowledgeable. So, I am very happy with the service. She helps me with things that I need done around the house. She is more used for support than anything else. Whenever I need something, she is there. She fixes my husband’s lunch, gives him his pills, and does other stuff.

My name is R. Hernandez, I recently moved to the Desert area of So. California in early Febuary. With all that encompasses in the process in moving a household to a new area, I was confronted with a major setback where I was required to have foot surgery. With my nearest relative living more then 70 miles away, I needed to find home care along with transportation. I began my search and chose A.P.I. With that first contact they were reassuring stating that my needs would be met, and they would send a specialist to asses my needs at home, as well as to meet with me directly.. This whole precession from start to end was seamless, from the time I made that first call to when my care givers were assigned. I had the pleasure of being assigned Michele and Betsey they were patient and kind and met my need in caring and transporting me to my medical appointments and fixing light meal as well as light cleaning and doing errands. When my husband injured his back a few weeks ago our Dr. recommended that we consider hiring a caregiver because his movement was limited and I was having a tough time alone.
