This is the first time that because of my eyes I can't drive anymore. We were very lucky to get Cathy. She goes shopping. I like that we can depend on them. We have the fee that is charged taken out of our bank automatically. The caregiver is great.

Depends on the caregiver but overall its been okay. Some were just not very smart. They did not know how to operate a washing machine. I like that there was not pressure to make a sell. I already have recommended them.

With the pandemic, I don't feel comfortable coming to see her and we are essential workers and they stay in constant contact with me. They are very responsive and very personable in the way they deal with my mom. I feel like we have additional family caring for my mom.

The people they hired that we were exposed to were very positive and that was definitely the most helpful thing. I would tell people about how they were very responsive. If there was a change in schedule, they notified me and if I needed to change the schedule, I could notify them and they would make those changes quickly.

She is sort of obstinate, and the caregiver has managed to overcome that and learn to walk again after her hip replacement. It was quite a challenge, and I am very grateful. The communication has been very good, and the care itself has been extraordinary.
