Tamara and her team worked with my mom and step-dad through several challenging health episodes. Tamara was always caring and kind, and worked to find the best caregivers for my parents. If someone was not a good fit, she'd work to find someone that better collaborated with my parents and my family.

The caregivers from Comfort Keepers are very thoughtful. My mom has Alzheimer’s, so they interact with her and take her to the senior centers, and they’ve done a lot. The care that they provide has just been very satisfying. We are very happy and pleased as a family. If I have a problem, I will call them, and they have a solution immediately. Excellent service and gave us a personal touch.

Up until a few months ago at which time our mother was transferred from home to a memory care facility, our family had been utilizing Comfort Keepers for several years to assist our mother with her daily living needs. Level of care ranged from a 2-3 hours a day a couple days a week for meal preparation assistance and light housework when mom was still fairly independent and mobile, to morning [and sometimes evening] shifts when mom became much more dependent and required full-time oversight. Because of the long duration utilizing Comfort Keepers’ assistance we were exposed to a number of Tamara’s caregivers. We found the personnel to be courteous, professional and compassionate to mom’s changing situation. There were occasional needs for schedule changes on short notice and a few hiccups in caregiver availability, but in all cases Tamara was proactive in working to resolve potential coverage issues. We highly recommend Tamara’s Comfort Keepers office for in-home care assistance.

Best of the best. Comfort keepers of Arcadia were always kind, caring, and professional. Many thanks to Mrs. Kato and her team provided the most prompt and caring services that took care my mother in her final weeks from lung cancer. Thank you so much for all you do, Comfort Keepers of Arcadia.

Comfort Keepers provided excellent care in the final weeks for my family member suffering from advanced cancer....all of the caregivers were professional, knowledgeable and kind....the owners (David and Tamara) were exceptional....I highly recommend using this company....
