They don't have stability home care providers. The one thing that frustrates my mom the most is when there is little continuity with who is assigned to take care of her. There have been periods of time where there has been a lot of turnover and it has frustrated her. They are very responsive to her needs.

They left early and the participants come in stressed, they come in shouting. It's one of the major things that must be improved. I would consider the administration because they listen. They are always open to listen and to open to the situation in hand, but I would take in consideration the care because some caregivers are good and others are bad.

It is not a great time in my mom's life. She has one or two caregivers that we really like, and then she has others that we don't like as much. I like the management and ease of scheduling.

It has helped our mobility tremendously. My wife is limited because of her titanium spine. She can't do the things she used to do. I can't put her compression socks on anymore. The caregiver increases our mobility and does stuff around the house. Our primary caregiver is an excellent caregiver. She provides extraordinary service.

He is on 24-hour care, and they have a few caregivers. I prepare very detailed notes for each shift, and it seems like there is one aide that can't follow directions. The caregivers need to improve.

They are really good. They help me with eating and house cleaning, which are the two most important things. As of right now, everything is going fine. I'd like to get one person all the time, because I have to train them every time I get a new person. They have been switching women on me quite often.

I'm with Provident Care right now. They can't find the appropriate staff, and the ones that they have found were not qualified. They give full care for my father for ADLs eleven hours a day. They're having a hard time staffing for that position.
