The manager of Visiting Angels did listen or did not understand the situation that they were getting themselves into. So, consequently, that agency was only here maybe an hour and they had to leave. It was wholly because they assured me that they had everything under control, but they did not have everything under control. I had asked the manager to stay for the first time; she did not do that and created quite a problem. I had Visiting Angels for less than hour. They did not come back because they created such a stir, and they refunded my money. They knew my complaints. For one thing, the situation was so dramatically different, and they did not take their time to understand what they were getting themselves into. The individual that they brought here to help had totally not known to Barbara. So, when they came here, I said to the manager, “I want you to stay here” because Barbara was familiar with the manager. When the manager left, and they totally did not know each other, that created a huge problem.

We found Visiting Angels in the phone book. Patricia was excellent! She came twice to help my grandmother with bathing. She was very compassionate and caring. It was one of the best agencies i've ever worked with.
