The agency can improve the willingness of the caregiver to do different duties without a lot of guidance. They can show initiative. The agency has been flexibility in scheduling and finding the right mix of people that work well with my dad.

I liked that David was responsive to my needs. They were able to get us help on a moment's notice, and I really appreciate that. I liked that he came and did the required help with my father when he could not supply a caregiver.

David is very responsive and always going the extra mile to be flexible and make sure my dad has coverage. Just by being able to stay in touch with my dad and help to make sure he has needs met has been great.

I like the owner the most. Before we even signed up with them, he was really helpful in helping me navigate a lot of things with the VA and with elder care in general. Since then, he's continued to be really helpful as a confidant. It's very helpful. Like right now, he's with them at an appointment. I have three small children, so it's hard for me to be everywhere that I need to be, and my dad has a lot of needs. That's the biggest help that they provide. They'll drive our car. They can get him in and out.
