David is very responsive and always going the extra mile to be flexible and make sure my dad has coverage. Just by being able to stay in touch with my dad and help to make sure he has needs met has been great.

I like the owner the most. Before we even signed up with them, he was really helpful in helping me navigate a lot of things with the VA and with elder care in general. Since then, he's continued to be really helpful as a confidant. It's very helpful. Like right now, he's with them at an appointment. I have three small children, so it's hard for me to be everywhere that I need to be, and my dad has a lot of needs. That's the biggest help that they provide. They'll drive our car. They can get him in and out.

I like their communication. I like that they take care of the patients, and they keep the family informed about the services. I like knowing that she is well taken care of, and I don't have to worry.

It's probably an industry-wide problem, but it took us a while to find the right fit and someone with efficient training. It's important, and we do it 5 days a week, it's a meaningful service.
