I actually referred a family friend for care because she's about to have surgery and I told her about Diana and how helpful our caregiver is, but also a great fit for my grandma. We have seen such a big difference in my grandma's physical ability and demeanor.

The communication is strong with the office and they're very responsive. The aide is reliable. They send people my husband enjoys being with.

They are very helpful. If I have to change something, they accommodate me. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have a broken back, and they do house chores I can't do anymore, so it is very helpful.

It gives me peace of mind knowing he is cared we couldn't do it without the services. The agency is good, they always seem to have backup care to provide. He has 24 hour care.

It is nice that we don't have to transport him to places to get him in and out of the car. They have been very good at communicating on when to expect the nurses and caregivers to come. They reply promptly.

They are always checking on my brother to make sure he is well. They give him everything he needs. Whenever you need to talk to them, they get to you and will in spanish.
