My elderly mother was living in a facility in California and had a stroke. Living in another state, I needed someone there to spend time with her and advocate for her needs, to help us connect by video call, and to be my eyes and ears. Around the Clock Care was able to start companion care quickly after I contacted them. My mom had two excellent caregivers who split her care. They were prompt and there when expected. They communicated with me regularly. When I had questions, office staff responded within 24 hours. All billing was accurate. I highly recommend Around the Clock Care. We used them for about three months. Service ended when I was able to move my mom near me.

We used Around the Clock Home Care, but it wasn't the same person each time so I had to keep training someone every day. I could never get away like how I'm supposed to be. They helped bathe my husband and transfer him to and from his wheelchair. We have them for around 2 months. The ladies are nice in their office but their scheduling sucked. One of the caregivers we had from them was a man, but most of them were very inexperienced. I had one leave in the middle of the shift because she said my cat is making her sick.

I hired Around the Clock for my mother even though she lived in an assisted living facility - an excellent one in Fresno, CA. She had suffered a series of small strokes and I wanted her to have more attention than the assisted living staff was able to provide. After the first week of 24-hour per-day companionship my mother's condition improved and Around the Clock was very flexible in scaling back coverage to just one 10:00pm to 6:00am shift. My mother found the presence of the Around the Clock caregivers very comforting. Each person that was with my mom left a page of notes describing what happened and my mother's condition during their shift. It was obvious that each of them was professional, kind, and interested in my mom's welfare. I was very impressed. My wife had a terrible experience with two home care companies in the SF Bay Area when her mother needed that kind of help. The people that came to her mother's home (when they showed up) were irresponsible and often rude. I had low expectations when I sought this care for my mother. Around the Clock provided service that was the complete opposite and I recommend the company and its workers without reservation.

Faced with an urgent need for in home care several months ago, I began my search for someone to assist my husband. Fortunately, my call was to Around the Clock. Brandon was at our home within an hour and a care provider arrived later that afternoon. We sincerely thank them for recognizing the urgency of our situation and their speedy action. Mindy the caregiver has been with us the past 6 months, and we are truly blessed to have her. She is the bright light in our tunnel, and she is an exceptional employee from a great organization.
