They help with showering and putting on compression stockings. I like that my caregiver and her replacements are all great.

They were there on time and notified me right away of any changes. My mother really enjoyed them. I was not around the care being provided but my mother seemed very happy with the services provided.

The client really grew to depend on them. We had a primary group of helpful people through the facility he was living in, but the people at this organization filled in the gaps and took care of everything for him. I liked the interaction they had with the client. They were more than just robotic. They seemed to be caring and in the right line of work.

They stayed with him while he had Covid and made sure he stayed safe. They responded to us quickly and were very kind people.

They could not send me young girls under 25 who do not know how to put a diaper on. I just do not like them calling me a half an hour before a shift starts and I am sitting in my briefs that are soiled and let me know that the caregiver is not coming. They should always have a backup plan.

It has improved vastly. The caregivers are very good and take care of my parents very well. I like the caregivers. They are very compassionate and caring people.

The agency has helped the most by following my requests. The quality of people they send out to me is great; and if I do not care for a caregiver, they will not send them again.

The client had become difficult so it wasn't all their fault, but she needed to have the same person constantly. The biggest part of my problem was that the client has dementia and they were changing caregivers on her daily.
