Superior Senior Care is my first recommendation if your looking to keep your loved one at home as long as possible. Every time I called Jennifer was so very pleasant and answered all my questions. Christy was so patient and accommodating as to when we needed a caregiver and MJ even came to our home and visited with us about the needs for my parents. That to me is very important. These ladies went above and beyond to make sure my parents had the best care. We had tried other agencies and this was our first time to use a referral agency. I highly recommend this, as your options are endless, we as the client were in control. We had the opportunity to interview the Caregivers ourselves before they started!! How great is that!! Superior Senior Care stressed the importance of having a Caregiver in our home with my parents that would be the "perfect fit" for them and they hit the nail on the head with the first caregiver we interviewed. In October 2016, my brother, James, & I checked into using your services for our 91 year old mother. During the interview, you said you had a caregiver in mind. In December, we started using the services of your agency, and could not be more pleased! This month, March 2017, is the first we sisters, who all live out of state, have had an opportunity to meet Momma's caregiver, Bridgette. We cannot praise your selection or her and her services enough. She has made such a difference in our mother's life.
