They have not given me access to see the schedule, and they always told me that they were going to do so. I haven't been given that access, so there's been a few times that I would've liked to have known before they came. They help us to help him on things that we don't have time to do every day, and they help him. The company did a very good job at splitting the schedule with me, and I really do appreciate Jane and Meredith for working on me with that.

I like that the agency has provided us with an outstanding caregiver, Heather is the best. The services take a huge amount of stress from me since I can't be there, I know that the client is safe and being well looked after.

Nothing's perfect these days. But we got off to a bumpy start. The current lady is fine, delightful, and friendly. She's gotten here on time. She pays attention and fixes his lunch. But she doesn't take initiative in terms of light housekeeping; which is supposed to help me. In the beginning, it was a little scattered. Now we have the same person coming and things have settled down. Having the same person assigned is what I wanted to happen. One of the ladies took initiative, but she couldn't be our permanent caregiver.

I love the caregiver I have. They've always been good as far as changing dates when my husband is in the hospital. She talks with my husband and is very spiritual. They have a lot in common.

I just really need the help, I cannot do this by myself. I got them because I was supposed to get consistent help. I was paying them nicely for caregivers, and my understanding was that I was paying them so I would always have a caregiver. I went 5 or 6 days without a caregiver. My caregiver was coming to work, and then 5 minutes before she was supposed to be here called me to say that she had left her purse at home. Then she called me back and let me know that she had an itchy throat, and I told them not to send her back for 2 days.

They come when they say they will. Before them, my son and I couldn't really get away since he can't be left alone since he has Alzheimer's, so it's nice to have breaks.

They have been very helpful. They help keep everything organized. It takes a long time to train each individual to show them where everything is. It would be easier to be able to text them.

They made sure that she stayed comfortable during her last hours. I liked that the caregivers were very nice to my mom. They sat with her when she passed away. A couple caregivers came to the funeral, and I was really impressed that they cared enough, and I was impressed with that.

They provide care for a 94-year-old woman who needs help with cleaning and cooking and her everyday needs. I would like it if they could provide a single caregiver for the whole week, rather than multiple throughout the week.

The caregiver helped with taking him places and doing basic house cleaning. She was a companion to Charles. I think that the agency could improve the working conditions for their caregivers. They have really hard attendance policies that can cause a disconnect between their staff and the clients. It was difficult for my father to not know what was going on with the caregiver, and it was impacted. He didn't let me find a replacement for two months.
