My dad was at Bethel for hospice care. The staff were proactive, attentive, and caring. My dad's room was nice and was connected our own private family lounge area. We were given a cart with snacks and refreshments. As my dad was actively dying, we were allowed multiple visitors during the pandemic. My 13 year old was also able to be in the room. The wonderful people and the amenities made our sad situation as good as it possibly could have been.

Bethel is understaffed and the nursing staff doesn't advocate for the resident. My family member had trouble swallowing. I received a call telling me he was diagnosed with " failure to thrive" and they wanted to prepare me for: " the decline" There was no communication between the Specialist and the nursing staff. PT pulled services because he was to weak to comply due of lack of nutrition. We got him out as soon as we realized they were allowing his decline. He is now in the hospital and doing much better. Stay away

My mom has been in Bethel Home for 10 weeks now. The food looks good, my mother likes it, and it was institutional cooking. Her room was very much like a hospital room; it was small, and it had a toilet, closet, and TV. You’ve got 24/7 RN care and a handful of CNAs on duty to attend to her medical and hygiene needs. She seems to be happy there for the most part. Mom was getting OT and PT for rehab, and the staff was very helpful and very professional, but there were a number of young people who were there just for a job.

They are doing just fine at Bethel Home. They seem to take care of my wife's needs quite well.
