I like the one where my mother is. She is at Arbor Village. Right at the moment, she is still trying to settle in. She is 99-1/2, and she isn't always 100% happy with the food. However, they seem to have quite a few activities. She doesn't participate in all of them, but she does do her morning stretch almost everyday. She does do some of their other activities. It's an adjustment when you go from your home, to the hospital, to the rehab, and then going to assisted living, so I can't blame her for that. However, I would recommend this facility. The owner is right there; his office is right in the facility. They have two other facilities. They have two senior apartment buildings, and they also have a memory unit. The people were very nice, and I like the fact that the owner is right there, and if you have a problem, he is right on it. The facility is very clean too.
