Rock Haven is wonderful. They're very individualized as far as what their residents' needs are. They're kind, compassionate, and caring. I'm not talking just about the nurses, but I'm also talking about the CNAs, the social worker, and the people who clean the place. The first day we were there, everybody came in, spoke with my mom, told them their names, and said, "We know you won't remember, but we're here to take care of you, whatever your needs are. This is your home." I think that makes a big difference, making it a home for her. They've been very kind to us. They're a little more strict as far as COVID protocols, but that's ok. My mother was down this week playing euchre with another lady and she hasn't played euchre for I don't know how long. It's nice to see her doing that and coming alive a little bit. This is a huge thing. The amenities, the cleanliness, and everything are outstanding. Her room is beautiful and well painted. They have their own set of protocols for even putting or hanging things up. They'll have their own people come in and do that. They have built-in dressers, drawers and things like that. You can bring in your own things. Then they have beautiful drapes and very nice, spacious bathrooms. They make sure that her blood is tested and her insulin is tested. So, I think she's getting wonderful care.

My mom was a past resident at Rock Haven in Janesville. She really liked it there a lot; she loved it. The staff, the surroundings, and the people were very, very nice there. The place was clean, up to date, and modern. The décor was beautiful, and it was homey. She said the food was very good.
