My mom lived at cottonwood manor for 5 years. My mom just recently passed away. I can not say enough about the compassion the staff has for the residents. They take the time to get to know the residents and the family. The staff and managers are always there to help answer question or help console the family and residents. My moms life was difficult in the end, we loved they were able to give her the care she needed until she was called back to heaven. We could not have picked at better place for her to call home. We would recommend this facility to anyone looking for the best place for there loved ones.

Cottonwood Manor was OK, but I didn't feel it was right for my husband. It needed an update and didn't appeal to me. The rooms looked fine, but the hallways were really dark and there wasn't much light. It could have been brightened up more. There were activities, and the backyard was very nice.

Harmony of Green Bay was an older building, and it did have a little bit of a smell. I wasn’t impressed with the staff, but they have nice-sized rooms. Their location would have been good for us, but I wasn’t thrilled with the staff at all.

Dad is in the Harmony. It is homey. However, the decoration was outdated, but homey. He has been to 3 different places, and he doesn't like the food. We take them out to eat. We bring food that he used to like, he doesn't like it. He doesn't like to eat. However, I tried some of the food, and I think it is good. They have several activities. They do bingo, happy hour, and exercise classes. They play different kinds of games like memory games and things like that. The people working there seem very nice to me. However, he has fallen from his bed twice, and he cut his foot. They can improve by spending more time with them because I feel like they are rushing.
