My mom has been staying at Holton Manor. It's a wonderful place. This community is really great because they have activities on either the rehab side or the residential side. They have activities all day long. The one thing I love is that they keep my mom busy. When she gets a little tired, she'll walk herself with her walker to her room and take a little nap, and then get up and go rejoin an activity or join a new activity. They are very personable. My mom says it's a five-star place. She does have Medicare and Medicaid in Wisconsin. They have full meals. They all go to the dining room. The food is really good. They have some young folks doing the cooking. It's very tasteful. Whatever their dietary need is, it would be catered to that person's diet. This place is really clean and smells good. They have coloring. They play bingo. You definitely get what you pay for.

My brother in law was on the rehab unit here- the staff (each of them, particularly Aimee) were kind, effective and really took the time to explain each and every step/procedure in an easy to understand way. Call lights were answered quickly and effectively- no one ever really wants to be in a nursing home, but when the need arises, this is the right one. Thanks to the entire staff for your dedication and professional care.

My father is at Holton Manor. They seem to be very good. They offer a wide variety of services including memory care, rehabilitation and physical therapy. They seem modern and clean, and the staff seems very helpful. He needs special food because he has difficulty swallowing and eating, and they were able to meet all his needs. They do all the appropriate things with his food and process it the way it needs to be with thickeners and so on. They have a rehab, gym for physical therapy, small warm water pool, a cat, and they bring therapy dogs. There is also an enclosed outdoor courtyard.
