They were renovating CLE Haven, so it was nice. They had 12 rooms open. Mom would have had the pick of the rooms, and the facility would have painted and cleaned it according to her specifications, so that was nice. The drawback was that, on the weekend, there was no registered nurse or LPN on duty. Being a smaller place, the aides were the ones in charge of the little exercise activities. The layout was in a square, so that was nice. People could just walk around the square inside. The rooms were pretty spacious, too. The staff was open about the food. On the weekends, the CNAs just reheat meals that the cook has already made during the week. The food looked OK, but the activities were limited.
