My tour at Helen's House® Grand Chute was great. It's a little different because they only have four rooms, and each person gets a large bedroom and then an attached bathroom. The staff member who gave the tour was great, I liked everybody that I met. Their rooms were spacious and they have nice bathrooms. There's one staff member there that takes care of four people. So they're the ones that take care of the people, they run the kitchen, they serve the people. So it's a one:four ratio, but there are only four residents that stay there. It's a big house with four big bedrooms. I think it was more expensive than the other place I toured. The house is built for assisted living, so it's built for wheelchairs and everything you would need. It was almost brand new and nice. They have a nice sunroom and patio right off the sunroom. The dining area was quite small and it's all open, because there are only four residents there. So it's not as big as the big facilities. If somebody doesn't like what they're having for dinner, they'll just make something else, even if it's eggs and bacon and toast. So it's individualized there.
