Community Amenities and Services Century Oaks was designed with residents entirely in mind. With a myriad of services and amenities, residents reserve the autonomy to choose how they wish to make their everyday experiences. Our staff are professionally trained to administer personalized care to residents in our assisted living and memory care facilities. Registered nurses are on staff 24 hours a day to help ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of each resident. We believe in a one-on-one approach that sees each residents needs as their own. Our support is diligent and respectful when considering the various needs of those we serve. Living Arrangements We invite prospective residents to choose from our spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. All of our units start at 600 square feet, with options for furnished or unfurnished. All of our units also feature walk-in closets with a washer and dryer, utilities packages (except personal phone), room service with in-room menus, and much more. Were also pet-friendly and welcome furry friends to join our community as well! Care Types Offered Century Oaks is a community-based residential facility (CBRF), which in the state of Wisconsin is a facility that provides care, treatment, and other services to five or more unrelated adults who need supportive or protective services or supervision. CBRFs are limited to those who do not require care above intermediate nursing care or more than three hours of nursing care per week.
