This is an amazing facility that supports many adults with autism and other cognitive disabilities in and out of their own private homes. The management and staff are trained in progressive ways actually work in providing clients with the space, freedom, and support needed to live the same life, on the same playing field, as more able-bodied people.The company provides as much staff benefits as state budgets allow, and staff is organized on a team-based, horizontal basis that allows for a humane and fulfilling workplace structure. Employees who support clients work to communicate effectively and understand each person's goals, and will layout a plan and budget to reaching those goals. Whether someone wants to learn a new language, go on five walks a week, save money, eat healthy, or go dancing regularly, staff will help each goal sprout into fruition.All in all this is the best facility I have ever seen or even heard of. It is a humble company with ambitious reach and a promising track record.
