My dad used to love this place. However, since management has recently changed, this is NOT the case. He is begging us not to go. He misses Susan, the past manager. My dad told me the help is constantly arguing in the kitchen and not paying attention to the seniors. Yesterday, he said a man was struck by one of the help because the elderly gentlman was not fast enough getting in his chair. Someone need to investigate this place and rehire a good manager. This is a waste of tax payers dollars and hard earned money. It make me sick when people take advantage of our elderly. One day, we will all be old.

After my back was operated on, I recieved the home health Aid from Bay Aging, Gloucester VA. I had 3 differant aids over a yr and half. Each one was fully aware of all my problems. The one made such nice salads, another one made a complete meal for lunch. All gave good back rubs ! I could hardly wait until it was time to see them again, and to have the care ev eryone should expect to have. I do and will give a great review to anyone that I know that is having or needing Home Health Care! Bay Aging of Gloucester also has Trans for all persons in need of doc app.,or even to the store.
