I have been using Sentara Nursing Center since January. My mom goes there Monday through Friday. She is 77. She also has dementia so she couldn't remember what happens, though if she doesn't want to go, she'll tell you. However, whenever the bus comes to pick her up, she seems happy to get on it and when she comes back home, she seems fine.

My sister goes to Sentara DayCare. She likes having activities to go to during the day, unfortunately she needs in home care with bathing, dressing, preparing meals, cleaning, taking her medication, shopping for food, and Sentara has been sending out very unqualified individuals. We pay for care and sometimes they say they have no one for the whole week and my sister is left alone, yet we have to pay them for a service they sometimes do not provide. This is happening too frequently.
