"I looked at Brookdale Trinity Towers for my friend. I liked that visit overall. It had different levels. The staff was really nice. She answered all my questions and she showed me around. I was on a tight schedule, so I was in and out of there. I liked the room. The rooms were nice."

"We moved our mother to Gulf Point Village because she had been there, and we knew that it's a good facility. They're just very on top of everything. For example, they had a fire in the building the other day, and they were able to get everyone out orderly. Amber is the director up there, and she's just really nice. She's really hands-on with the people that live there. She makes her rounds every day, and she manages to talk to everyone. She also calls me and gives me updates. My mom just sometimes doesn't like the food that they make, but they have a really good chef there. Their meals are always at the same time, and they're always a well-rounded meal. My mom just sometimes doesn't care for what they have. They have a lot of activities."

"Trisun holds about 25 people and has a very cheerful and warm atmosphere. They have all their meals in the common dining room, but I think they can have them in their rooms too, as they have kitchenettes if they want to fix something themselves. There are quite a few activities, especially for the women. They have makeup techniques, they play dominos and checkers, they have a walkers group, they have church service on Wednesdays, I believe, and they have Catholic communion on Sundays. Everyone is quite friendly. The cleanliness is first rate. The staff is very friendly and caring. "

"I am a resident of Pavilion Assisted Living. It's a nice space, a nice apartment. I don't care for the food here. I play a lot of cards and dominoes. My apartment is twice as big as usual, which combined the two for me, and one of them is just solid floors, which don't have carpet. It's really nice, and has big windows. I can see out. The staff is average, like everywhere else, and limited. They're clean."

"An old friend of my family is currently residing at Holmgreen Center. She has been there for about a year now and is very happy living there. I try to visit her every so often since I just moved into town. She is always well groomed and the room is clean and clean smelling. She also tells me she enjoys the activities at the center that they have for all the residents. It's mostly bingo and board games, but that's what she's into. Over all the staff are friendly, kind and responsive. If you ask them something, they give you their full attention and try to help you to the best of their ability. The only concern she tells me is that the mattresses are horrible! And in all honesty, to me they feel like rocks. I would still recommend the facility to friends and my family, but I'd warn them to bring a mattress and comforter. "
