I've been visiting this nursing home for a couple of years and sometimes when I come in it doesn't smell so good, kind of like a man's bathroom, where urine is a foul odor. The other half of the time it smells like a body rub like green peppermint. (I prefer it to smell like that.) But it's normally when you walk through the door after awhile the smell goes away the further you walk in. The community area where everyone goes is pretty nice. It has tables and chairs spread out with a TV for watching and puzzles and games spread out on the tables. The rooms were pretty nice, just plain with white trim and flowery wallpaper. In the rooms they just had a bed, a dresser, some had portable toilets for their convenience, and some had pictures and flowers from, I'm assuming, friends and family while others did not. The staff was pretty nice and very helpful. Overall I would say this is a good place.
