Excellent team of care providers! My 91-year-old dad spent almost a month at The Meadows for mobility support after a fall at home. He received great therapy while there and the team of care providers were professional and compassionate. The Administrator, in particular, went above and beyond and gave us so much support. We are grateful for the care he received. The staff and experience was positive and we appreciate that.

Excellent facility. Care was exceptional and the facility was full of life and activity. I only had excellent communication with the Director of Nursing and Administrator. Thanks for all you do!

The Meadows recently is under new management. Several renovations were completed and some amazing new nurses were hired. The Meadows is doing an amazing job after some past issues and has stepped up their game tremendously! We are so grateful of the great care being provided here and the amazing team that is taking care of our loved one!

This facility is the worst and I honestly don't understand how the state doesn't close them down. It is the nastiest place, they have constant turnover. If you have an issue, they will NEVER call you back. The Administrator is ALWAYS in a meeting. My brother's phone was stolen there and they refused to replace it. He is bedridden and used his phone to communicate with his son's and family members. We just got him moved and they didn't send his clothes or shoes, they were probably stolen too. They don't document their medical records well either. We don't even know what type of Covid shot he was given. Absolutely awful! They don't get the residents up and do anything with them. It truly is sad.
