"It was very nice. It was a very good visiting experience. The rooms were very nice and the apartments were set up very nice. We met a couple of the ladies that live there. The staff was very helpful. It's a beautiful facility."

"My mom has been living at peach Creek assistant living goin on a year and three months , since she been there she have said nothing but great things about Peach Creek assisted-living she love it there. She also told me about how wonderful the food taste and how respectful , the staff is to the residence . i go see my mom every Thursday and Saturday , soon as you step inside the doors, they welcome you with open arms making you feel loved and care for. peach Creek assistant living feels like a home , I will recommend you to come out to Peach Creek assisted-living and see for yourself how wonderful this place really is. "My husband is treated as a family member by the staff. They greet him warmly and cheerfully by name. They make eye contact with him and any of our family that visits. The staff calls me immediately when there are any changes in my husband's health, behavior, or roommate. The facility is spacious, very light and open and very welcoming. It is very clean and never smells like urine. The residents are usually engaged in an activity of some kind and there are many activities scheduled for them. They have not lost any of my husband's clothing. The food is delicious - our children (teenagers) and I eat with my husband once weekly and the children never complain about the food. The business office is very kind and helpful. The administrator takes the family situation into consideration when considering the needs of my husband (allowing us to have a special family meal on a weekly basis). After two other nursing homes, we are SO THANKFUL to have found BSJM!"

"One of the nursing homes was a beautiful facility. The floors were shined. Everything was clean, and pristene. I did not like the nursing care that was provided to my daddy because he had a couple or sores, and was supposed to get a bath everyday, but the staff stated that he refused these services. When asked if they explained the importance of the bath to wound healing they said that they did not explain it to him The other nursing facility were my uncle is in was an older facility, but the health care was better than the newer facility. My uncle appeared to be more happier than my dad. Overall,sometimes the newer facilities may not be up to pare conpared to the oler facility. Family should always to a walk through of each facility that they are thinking about placing a family member. "

"The second i walked into the Dansby house i was engulfed in a loving atmosphere , everywhere i turned i saw smiles and happiness . The employees spend a lot of time to make sure that the elderly are well taken care of . Every employee i saw was doing something to help the well beings of the clients . Besides the great hospitality , the place was spot less .All of the floors were swept everything was dusted and cleaned including the restrooms which included multiple emergency buttons and automatic soap and hand towel dispenser . This is not only very effective and nice but it also stops the spread of germs and bacteria which is very common in assisted living homes . "

"My husband is here and I am incredibly grateful for all the staff caring for my husband. This year has been hard for our loved ones and us! The staff have to work extra and do it out of the kindness of their hearts. I come see my husband every day and they stop what they are doing to help bring him to the window for visitation. This is not an easy task but they all do it without hessitation. Thank the staff when you talk with them! They are truly angels! "

"St Joseph Manor is a clean and quiet place. The staff has been great. They're good about keeping their eye on people and being available if you need them. The facility is actually not new, but it looks new. They maintain it and keep it up. There are no strange smells there. My friend has a private room and their rates are outstanding. They seem to have quite a bit of scheduled activities. They have a gym and two different community rooms where the people can get together and play games or work on puzzles. It's nice and peaceful. People seem to be happy there. We're impressed with them."

"My mom is at CHI St. Joseph Health Rehabilitation Hospital. It has been excellent; she's been there for two weeks. The staff is excellent, and the place is very clean, very open, and very comfortable. They have some COVID requirements in place, which means using a mask, social distancing, and being limited to one visitor per day, but that's the way we would like to have it to know that our loved ones are safe. The cost is mostly covered by Medicare."

"We have friends who stay at Crestview Methodist Retirement Community, and we've heard good recommendations. The facility looks nice. They have a lot of amenities. They have a library, a dining room, an exercise room, a swimming pool, a card room, and a chapel. The staff members seemed very friendly and interested in taking care of the residents. I have tried their food, and it was good food."

"My father was a resident of this facility from age 42 until he passed at age 50. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful, however the administration was quite the opposite. They treated me as if I did not matter because at the time I was only 18. They told me I was too young to make decisions and that they would do the best the could. ALthough the nurses and doctors that came in were very nice and helpful, the aids absolutly did not want to do their job. They would skip baths and shavings all the time. The bathrooms were constantly dirty and and we had to tell them multiple time to clean the room and my father. Ultimately, the nursing home staff was responsible for my fathers death. the were ordered to feed him because of his stroke and due to lazyness (i guess) they cut his food and put it on a tray. he choked to death. Horrible facility I would not recommend to anyone. Also no recreation or extra facilities. Horrible Place!! "

"Arbor Oaks At Crestview was the one that's closest to our home and that was kind of the one that I anticipated, perhaps, moving into but there were a couple of things that stood in. The buy-in there was quite large. It was close to $420,000. I have had other friends and family say they paid like $90,000 or somewhere in that neighborhood, and $420,000 can cut quite a swath into your investments. The other thing was they had a two bedroom, two bath, but they were still quite small in square footage. I have friends that live there and they have always said the staff is extremely nice and takes very good care of them. When I toured, they were also very nice and were very open about all the facilities. We toured a couple of different apartments and things like that and they were very clear about the things that they have available to their residents. I have played Bridge there with some of my friends and I have tried their food. It was not a complete meal. It was just sandwiches, but it was very good. The facility was all very clean and very nicely kept up. I also got that same feedback from my friends who live there, that they have a very nice facility and that they do a good job keeping it up."

"I don't really like Hearn Healthcare, but my sister sees it as OK there. I'm satisfied with the care they are giving. I don't like any facility that I have seen, and I'm probably not the one to ask. It is a small town, and it is a small facility. It is not very clean, and the food is horrible. She said the food is horrible. I don't know because I didn't taste anything. I didn't really meet too many of the staff. I wouldn't say they were friendly, but they weren't rude or anything. She is blind, and another person in her room is blind. This no makes sense to me or to her. The facility wasn't very clean at all. "

"Building has changed owners and things are looking much better. Better staffing, and are told they are going to redo the floors. The Kitchen is changing the menus and changing the meals. Christmas party this year was wonderful! "
