My father was a resident of this facility from age 42 until he passed at age 50. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful, however the administration was quite the opposite. They treated me as if I did not matter because at the time I was only 18. They told me I was too young to make decisions and that they would do the best the could. ALthough the nurses and doctors that came in were very nice and helpful, the aids absolutly did not want to do their job. They would skip baths and shavings all the time. The bathrooms were constantly dirty and and we had to tell them multiple time to clean the room and my father. Ultimately, the nursing home staff was responsible for my fathers death. the were ordered to feed him because of his stroke and due to lazyness (i guess) they cut his food and put it on a tray. he choked to death. Horrible facility I would not recommend to anyone. Also no recreation or extra facilities. Horrible Place!!
