Arbor Oaks at Crestview

Arbor Oaks At Crestview was the one that's closest to our home and that was kind of the one that I anticipated, perhaps, moving into but there were a couple of things that stood in. The buy-in there was quite large. It was close to $420,000. I have had other friends and family say they paid like $90,000 or somewhere in that neighborhood, and $420,000 can cut quite a swath into your investments. The other thing was they had a two bedroom, two bath, but they were still quite small in square footage. I have friends that live there and they have always said the staff is extremely nice and takes very good care of them. When I toured, they were also very nice and were very open about all the facilities. We toured a couple of different apartments and things like that and they were very clear about the things that they have available to their residents. I have played Bridge there with some of my friends and I have tried their food. It was not a complete meal. It was just sandwiches, but it was very good. The facility was all very clean and very nicely kept up. I also got that same feedback from my friends who live there, that they have a very nice facility and that they do a good job keeping it up.
