We are in constant contact with families of the resident whether through phone, e-mail or in person.

We are located in a quite neighborhood in the west end of Beaumont.

Accepted Answer

We have CNA's, Caregiver's, a Nurse Practitioner and a PCP on staff.

What transportation services does Rosemary House offer to assisted living residents?

Accepted Answer

No transportation services at this time.  Loved ones are able to come and pick up and check them out and in for outings or appointments.

What is the care staff-to-resident ratio at Rosemary House during daytime and nighttime hours?

We have 3 on staff during the day and 2 on staff during the night at all times.  We provide 24/7 around the clock care.

We do not accept pets at this time.

We provide top notch security at Rosemary House.  We have cameras in all the common areas and we have security locks on all doors that enter and exit the home, therefore residents that wander will not be able to get out.

We offer a variety of activities based on what the residents like to do during their spare time.  Examples would be arts/crafts, painting, daily exercises, puzzles, board games, music therapy and much more.

We have quarterly and annually training that is done by all staff to provide the upmost senior care to our residents.

Yes, we are located within a few miles of Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital and Baptist Beaumont Hospital in Beaumont, Texas.

We are equipped to have 8 residents in our home at all times.  The average age is about 75 and up.  Our residents love to socialize with each other and do daily activities to keep them busy during the day.

We specialize in memory care.  We have 24/7 cameras on the outside and interior of our home.  We do not have cameras in resident rooms or bathrooms.  We also have security coded doors to prevent wandering.  We utilize CarePredict technology.
