My wife was here and had a wonderful stay. We were down stairs in a private room. The techs were so kind and helpful. Although her stay was short I am glad that it made the bridge between the hospital and home that much easier. Nobody wants to need rehab and care but this was a great place to get it.

Do not put your loved one here. My family member has only been here a few months, at first things were ok. As time went on there is lack of communication. They have changed meds and rooms several time without making any family members aware. My loved one fell and did not even receive a phone call stated fell and is ok. When my loved one first arrived I filled all paperwork and was making all decisions on medications and was able to get any information needed. Ever since I brought up the fact I was never notified about last room change DR visit and medication change. I am unable to receive any information because I am not nor I ever been my their power of attorney. They are not consistent with decisions if that was the case it should of been that way from the get go....

I can't say enough about this group of people. I have used them with my own family as well as patients. They are ready to help 24 hours a day. They not only making sure the patient is comfortable but that the family has the support and understanding that they need. I must also add the services they offer to families after the love ones have passed is a wonderful added service. I really can't say enough about them. They go beyond the call of duty and I give them 5 stars.
