M mother was a patient here for short term rehab. It was a good facility. I liked that she got to pick her food from different menus. They had a wound specialist come in to take care of her wounds who was well versed in her case. She especially liked her physical therapist's attention to her special needs. The nursing staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our only disappointment was use of the pneumatic bed which my mother found uncomfortable and noisy

My brother in law was a resident after his stroke. This place is horrible. The smell is so bad, the rooms are in shambles and so small. No room to sit and visit. The staff were hateful to him even in front of his family members. My elderly mother in law left in tears after every visit due to the way they spoke to Charles and to her. I realize they have to deal with a lot but my gosh where is the compassion and empathy for someone who went from vibrant outgoing 55 yr old man to bedridden overnight? They would leave him lying naked and exposed with only a thin blanket. Wouldn't get him up and dressed so he just stayed in bed for less than a year before he passed. I pray I never find myself in this horrible facility.

Rooms are worse than prison cells, 4 people share a bathroom. Room so small that beds are shoved against the wall one turned one way and one the other with TV right at the foot of bed. Smell gets you as you walk down the hallway. I understand this as most of people are in adult diapers but other facilities don’t seem to be this bad. There is not even room in the room for a visitor to sit. I have stood to visit. All i know is person went in able to walk on walker and now completely bedridden. Thoughts of ever being a patient here sends chills down my spine. If you love someone, seek a different place.

I was a short term transitional care patient for therapy in this nursing home. The staff always went the extra step to make me feel at home and welcome here. They would do things like help me set up my meals that they didn't even have to do. They helped me when I could not help myself. The therapy was so good that I can now get up and walk which I could not do before.

My mother is patient here in this facility on the transitional care wing. The nursing staff keeps me well informed of any changes and calls me immediately when there is a change; they also inform me of any changes when I come into visit. The CNA staff are extremely helpful in taking care of my mom. they address her needs quickly and take time to assist her with eating. Any time I've had an issue or concern, it was addressed promptly. If my mom ever needed to return to this facility, I would love for her to come back

I was a physical therapy/rehab patient in this facility. the nursing staff is so nice and they really helped me with everything. I enjoyed my therapy and feel like they helped me work towards my goals and really got me rehabbed enough to go home. The food was pretty good and I loved the activities. I enjoyed BINGO and bowling the most

Everyone that interacted with our family member showed kindness, compassionate and understanding. The listening and attention to detail was excellent. The every day activities such as Bingo is great for morale and to get a prize for winning is great. The food was nutritional and delicious. Our family member likes to watch TV and even in a double occupancy room each person had their own TV to watch. Cleanliness very good. Exceptenal care ,if our family member every needed rehab again Concordia Maryville would be our first choice.

I was a resident for about 2 months and I had great care from nursing and rehab staff. I was unable to stand and transfer on my own but when I left I was able to walk with my walker due to therapies hard work with me.
