Countryside Healthcare and Rehabilitation meets the exact needs that we were looking for, which is a nursing home that can provide round the clock monitoring of a patient and that it's Medicare funded to a certain degree. There is going to be a limited amount of out-of-pocket, but that was the main two things. Having been there myself and looking around it, it looks like a professional facility from what I've seen and talking to the social worker, it seems like a good place for my mother, and what we're looking for is really a short-term solution, because we believe Mother will be able to go back home and be able to function independently. It seems like that place met the need that we have going on right now. It's basically like your typical nursing home. They have a lot of staff that are moving around and there were some patients in their wheelchairs that were up there near the main nursing station talking amongst themselves in the wheelchairs. Other than that, there were nurses moving around from room to room and all that. It's a pretty big facility and they get three meals a day and they are taking care of them quite well, I believe. The area that I was in looked clean. I didn't see any problems with that. I didn't walk all around the different areas, but it was clean and ran well. It was very professional.
