I was a resident for the better part of 4 years and loved it so much that I would highly recommend this place to anyone. You will not find a better run facility in every way anywhere else!! And thru the pandemic the staff was able to keep EVERYONE safe. The staff all work together to make everyone feel like family! I truly do miss everyone & wish I could have stayed! Bless you all!! Everything is always clean & neat, food's excellent, plenty of storage. We had bingo, movies, day trips out, a library and such good fun!

My mother use to live in this facility. The food was always delicious. The staff was always extremely friendly. It always felt like home there. The rooms are gorgeous and so was the view. You couldn’t ask for a better place for you family to live! I recommend Colonial Hill to anyone who is looking.

We visited Colonial Hill. The staff showed us one of the apartments. For us, it was too small. The staff was fine. They have a lot of activities. They have day trips, they play cards, and they do crafts.

This is a wonderful facility, My friend loves everything about living there. Caring staff, delicious food, housekeeping, and beautiful surroundings! I have enjoyed our visits thoroughly, and hope to move here at some point in the future. It is a wonderful place to enjoy your independence worry free!!!

I have visited friends in this facility, and I want to live there when I retire. It is a retirement facility, with all the amenities. The apartments are spacious, dining is excellent, and a warm and friendly staff. I really like the idea that I can be independent, but still have other activities offered. I highly recommend this for your golden years

I have toured Colonial Hill Retirement Center for a friend and it is a very warm, welcoming place. I really liked that each apartment, from a studio up to a luxury, has a full kitchen, bathroom and a private balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful and residents seemed to be very happy. Colonial Hill also has a beautiful dining room and many common rooms for residents to have activities which were a big plus for me.

I have a friend who lives at Colonial Hill Retirement and it has been a great experience. The staff is wonderful and the other residents are friendly. I would recommend Colonial Hill Retirement Center to anyone looking for an independent living community.

I went to Colonial Hill and it was a nice place. When you went in, it looked nice and clean. I really liked it, but I just didn't feel that it would fit my sister's needs. My sister was in between. She couldn't do independent living, she's on the borderline for assisted living, but she's not ready for a nursing home yet. I looked at their rooms and I didn't like that they had to share the bathroom. But the staff was helpful and friendly. They had people come in and do a little program or play the piano for them.
