I visited Wellington Manor Jackson's assisted living. Everything was pretty much laid out and organized. It had more than enough space and the right amount of light. It wasn't dark in any spots. As for the workers I came across, they were nice. They made me feel welcome. It seemed like a good place to send a loved one to. I didn't see anything bad about them. It's good that it wasn't far away for anybody, too. The location is good. I didn't see the activities, but I went over the schedule that they have for the residents to do every day. They wake them up and do activities with them, as outlined in the schedule they put out. The rooms had a nice amount of space, and everything was secure. It was just perfect.

Also, residents enjoy daily activities, private dining room for family and guests, library and sitting areas, bistro and billiard activity room, housekeeping services and many other amenities. Other services include a beauty/barber shop for a nominal fee. The emphasis on activities is a main thrust of the service offerings. My friend has moved into Wellington Manor Jackson. She's in memory care. It's clean. It's positive. The people are engaged. It's the best place out of all the places that I looked. It was hands down, the best one. My experience with the staff was good. I have seen activities, and I liked it.
