My mother is in Signature HealthCARE of Putnam County. There's nothing I like about it. When we went over, she had not been cleaned up. There are no activities, she's just lying in bed. It was clean. Her room has two beds, and you can't even turn around. She has no TV and no phone. The layout was nice and they have a patio.
