"My mom is still living independently and Visiting angels is one of the first home care agency who got back to us. They have done a very good job for us. They are very efficient and always maintain their schedule. My mother is not the easiest person always to be with but they are very good in accommodating her. We are very pleased with their service as long as the doctor says she can still independently. "

"We have someone from MediCall HomeCare - Crossville TN who comes into my parent's home a few hours a week. We are satisfied with the service that we're getting. The caregiver is not on time, but I'm not sure that's her fault. She's scheduled to be there from 2:00 to 6:00, but because of the scheduling, she doesn't get there til 3:00. So she's usually there from 3:00 to 7:00, which is ok. The service is fine as far as I can tell, I have no complaint with the person who is coming in. It's been the same person every time and it doesn't change, so that's important that they always schedule the same person to come in."

"We have been using Happy Hearts Home Care for less than a year now. We have them for around 32 hours a month in total. The caregiver is prompt and pretty good, I can't say anything negative about her. The scheduling is negotiable, if we have an appointment with the VA on a day that the caregiver comes, they work with us."
