We have someone from MediCall HomeCare - Crossville TN who comes into my parent's home a few hours a week. We are satisfied with the service that we're getting. The caregiver is not on time, but I'm not sure that's her fault. She's scheduled to be there from 2:00 to 6:00, but because of the scheduling, she doesn't get there til 3:00. So she's usually there from 3:00 to 7:00, which is ok. The service is fine as far as I can tell, I have no complaint with the person who is coming in. It's been the same person every time and it doesn't change, so that's important that they always schedule the same person to come in.
